Measuring at the very popular size of 10-ft x 30-ft, our newest ready-made tiny house shell is looking for its new owner. With its spacious interior and beautiful, rustic exterior, this shell will make a fantastic canvas for your tiny house design dreams!

Features:
– Brand-new 2026 Iron Eagle PAD series 30-foot tiny house trailer with extras:
– 4 Leveling jacks
– A Flashing pan (to seal the underside of trailer)
– Fender flashing
– Measures 30 feet long x 10 feet wide x 13.5 feet tall
– Constructed by an knowledgeable builder with 10+ years of experience

Floor
– 2×6 floor joists on 16” centers
– 23/32 (3/4 in) tongue & groove subfloor
– Floor insulated with R19 (6”) fiberglass insulation

Walls
– 2×4 wall framing
– 1/2” plywood sheeting on walls and roof
– Blue metal exterior siding mixed with cedar siding on the front
– Cedar wood trim accents

Roof
– 2×6 rafters on 16″ centers
– 16” standing seam dark grey metal roofing
– 3’x5’ porch roof (attached with 4 lag bolts for easy removal and transport)

Windows and Door
– 9 white vinyl double pane Jeldwen windows
– Steel Jeldwen 36” exterior door with window
– Door is on the right side of the trailer if you standing in front of the hitch looking at it

Interior
– 2 lofts at the front and back ends of the shell
– Front bump out with an interior measurement of 20 inches deep by 4-ft, 5 inches (53 inches) wide
