The tiny house was built by Hawk Tiny Homes Inc. Hawk Tiny Homes Inc is a licensed contractor with 30+ years of construction experience and is a commercial member of Tiny Home Industry Association. It was built on a Corsica LT Travel Trailer and an additional axel was installed to meet weight regulations. It is licensed as an RV, is compliant with all weight/size limitations, and is legal to drive. However, it was intentionally built as a home that is intended to be stationary – while it can cruise wherever you would like for it to, it is very large and wasn’t built with intentions for RV use.

The environmentally-friendly home was built as an off-grid dwelling. The roof is a partial a-frame for rain catchment and flat for solar panels.
