About Us
**Latitude 29 Living Solutions** was founded in 2024 after several years of hands-on experience building park model homes as a contract manufacturer. That experience gave us the confidence to take the next step: design and build homes under our own name.
Our roots, however, go much deeper. With more than 20 years in manufacturing and steel fabrication, we bring an industrial manufacturing mindset to every home we build. That background is especially important in the design and fabrication of our steel chassis—the foundation of every Latitude 29 home and an area where we place particular emphasis on strength, structural integrity, and continuous improvement.
Today, we build **park models and tiny homes** with a simple objective: thoughtful design, quality materials, skilled craftsmanship, and exceptional value.
Our approach is different. Rather than advertising a stripped-down base model and then adding hundreds of options, we prefer to understand what each customer actually needs and develop an **efficient, well-equipped proposal around their priorities and budget**. We believe good value comes from putting the customer’s money where it matters most—not simply adding features or removing quality to reach a price.
We are intentionally building Latitude 29 as a boutique manufacturer. Our goal is not to build the most homes. It is to continually build **better homes**, work closely with our customers, and deliver the best combination of quality, design, customization, and value we can offer.
