I build tiny houses and ADUs for a living and I am selling this custom tiny house on wheels. This tiny house uses green/non toxic building techniques (no particle board or drywall or conventional paint), reclaimed material (old growth redwood, etc) and is energy efficient. • Rain screen for improved air flow and drainage
• Schluter kerdi shower waterproofing membrane
• Gracie HT Ice and Water shield for roof

Final Notes:

• This tiny house is best suited to someone who has the strength and coordination to climb up and down a ladder (e.g up into the sleeping loft).
• This tiny house has been lived in for 6 months.
