This tiny home is  70% to completion. perfect for someone handy that wants to be involved in the interior design, a traveling construction worker, or  someone looking for a quick DIY flip. You will not need to buy anything! All the pieces and parts are sitting inside waiting to be installed.  (1) Pipes and Electrical have been completed.  (2) Insulation and Drywall have been finished. Flooring in the main living area is complete.   (3)The home is on a brand new trailer.   The stairs leading to the loft will need to be finished with flooring. The remainder of the flooring is in the box, inside the tiny home.   The walls will need to be primed before paint can be applied.   The grey water tank, shower and toilet for the bathroom are sitting inside waiting to be installed. Kitchen counter, heating and cooling unit, and water tank are all sitting inside also waiting for installation.  The trailer has a VIN. Once completed, the home will need to be re-VINed by the DMV.
