The wall paneling is warped in many areas. Replacing it with thicker paneling or sheetrock is recommended. This is a cosmetic issue, and the existing paneling is being sold as-is.
The storage drawers that were previously located in the bedroom loft were not functional and have been removed.
Both sink faucets broke during the last freeze. Negotiation is open to consider repairs to the faucets and storage wall. The paneling remains sold as-is.
