This shell is NOT a mass-produced budget build. It was designed to handle the weight of solar, batteries, and water storage for long-term off-grid living, made by a professional metal frame builder with 25 year warranty. Most of the electrical is done, short of anything that requires drilling holes in the exterior, ready for your customization. Layout includes a full bathroom with space for a sliding pocket door to save floor space. All remaining construction supplies will be included in the home, including wall/ceiling panels and some appliances if desired. NOAH certification has been approved for the shell, and all guidelines were followed for the electrical. Design drawings and 3D model available upon purchase.

Story: I had intended to customize the tiny home to be fully grid-optional. All electric appliances and solar with batteries to meet all energy needs. Rainwater collection and filtration, grey water recycling, and waste incineration for plumbing. Unfortunately, life events got in the way since purchasing it, draining the time and funds I had intended for the project. The shell is still as good as the day I received it, and ready to fulfill your dream for it.
