For $155k, you also get an additional 600 square feet of exterior covered living space. The deck has an outdoor kitchen area and will hold lots of family and friends. The placement of the cottage in the park is an area where you have a large size yard with mature trees as well as a gorgeous Red Bud tree that will soon put on quite a show. There is also a small outbuilding which has lots of shelving for storage. It can be accessed from the front facing garage door or from a door on the deck. Inside the cottage we installed a custom closet and had the southern and western windows tinted to keep the sun from being so intense when the leaves have fallen from the trees.

Purchaser must be approved to live in the resort and agree to the monthly lot rent/expenses. Living in the park includes amenities such as boat ramp, large adult swimming pool and hot tub, kids pool, bath house and laundry facilities as well as a TORNADO SHELTER. Our park has a variety of residents; weekenders, summer only plus a growing number of full time residents. Most residents out on the point are a good mix of older adults. Some like to keep to themselves and others enjoy a good gathering which often includes food and a few drinks.

There is a Queen Size Platform Bed in bedroom with lots of accessible storage, sa mall bathroom cabinet, Queen Bed Frame and Mattress in loft plus blackout drapes in loft.
