Full bathroom with a conventional flush toilet, 30″ × 30″ shower, exhaust fan, GE washer/dryer combo, and 20-gallon Rheem electric water heater.

Interior + Storage
The built-in book nook near the entrance features under-bench storage and an adjustable work surface, making it a great spot for working, reading, relaxing, or accommodating an overnight guest.

There is also a custom pegboard storage system, waterproof laminate flooring, seven windows, and a skylight with a built-in bug screen.
