We’ve tried to include the important details here because buying a tiny home is a big decision and there are usually a lot of questions before someone feels comfortable moving forward. One of the things we really liked about this tiny home is that it’s the extended version of the MT Bachelor Tiny Home Model, so it has an extra 2 ft of length compared with the standard model. It’s approximately 400 sq. ft. when including the loft areas and the extra space really does make a difference inside! The tiny home was built in 2019 and purchased new from Tiny Mountain Houses in October 2022. It is RVIA certified, and we are happy to answer questions or provide additional information to anyone who is seriously considering it. The layout is very practical for a tiny home. There are two lofts plus a flexible room on the main floor. The larger loft can accommodate a king-size bed, the second loft can fit a full-size bed, and the downstairs flex room could easily be used as an additional bedroom, office, guest room, or living space. Propane on-demand tankless water heater The kitchen has quite a bit of usable space and storage. It includes a 3-burner propane stainless steel cooktop, built-in stainless microwave, 9 cu. ft. stainless refrigerator with top freezer, Corian countertops, a white apron-front sink, white shaker cabinets with soft-close doors and drawers, and a custom 7 ft walnut butcher-block snack bar. There’s also a storage staircase with a handrail and a built-in pull-out spice rack which has been a really nice use of space. The bathroom has a full 60-inch one-piece tub/shower and a standard residential toilet. There is also a designated area prepped for a single-unit washer/dryer. Inside, the tiny home has white beadboard walls and ceilings, pine tongue-and-groove loft flooring, exposed pine beams in the flex room, walnut-stained pine ceiling accents, subway tile in the kitchen and bathroom, matte black cabinet hardware, and a mix of bronze and brushed-nickel lighting. The exterior has a standing-seam metal roof, LP hardboard siding painted with Sherwin-Williams paint, dual-pane Low-E argon windows, and four integrated adjustable scissor jacks with D-ring tie-downs.
