The cabin was chosen after experiencing the struggle to find affordable housing, and dealing with all of the maintenance problems that can come with an RV. After years of homesteading on a farm and learning the ins and outs of living sustainibly, this was a project that involved so much love and incredible intention to minimalize our footprint and implement reclaimed materials. It provided a sturdier, better-insulated space complete with the safety and freedom to live closer to nature. The interior was finished with electric, plumbing, added solar power, propane appliances, along with everything needed for simple off-grid living.
