Margarett's Colorado Homestead, Fully Furnished Tiny Home!

We bought this tiny house a couple of years ago with a simple dream: a cabin on our Colorado land that could also welcome guests as a short term rental. Between the two of us, we had what we needed to make it right. I’m an artist, Mark is a contractor, and every choice in this house went through both sets of eyes. Nothing was rushed and nothing was arbitrary. We updated the interior and exterior together, considering each
material, each fixture, each square inch. What we were after was the feeling of being one of the first settlers in the valley. Free range bison wander past the windows, and there are a lot of windows, so the landscape is always part of the room. Inside, it’s modern and cozy, with every amenity you’d actually need. This house is the kind of place where you can watch the stars come out, sink into deep creative work, or simply get away from all of it. We’ve loved her, and we hope whoever comes next will love her too and make her their own
