Dennis & Tina’s San Marcos Tiny Home For Sale

Tucked away just 45 minutes from San Diego, this brand-new, never-lived-in tiny home on wheels is ready to start its first chapter with someone new. Built with care and energy efficiency in mind, this 234 sq ft custom home in San Marcos, CA comes with a California-certified trailer and is priced at $61,000, open to reasonable offers.

“I built this custom tiny home with my business partner just before COVID, and it has never been lived in. We designed it to be a high-quality, energy-efficient home with durable materials and thoughtful features throughout. It’s a solidly built home, it just needs a fresh coat of exterior paint after sitting in storage for a few years, and it’s ready for its next owner.”
