It’s incredibly well-insulated.

Rooftop Deck Material: My contract states “The roof of the tiny house will be the walking surface of the deck. The roofing material shall be such that it will handle pedestrian traffic.” It has aluminum handrails topped with a wood ledge. The roof itself is a metal standing seam roof (per the exterior description).

Tt needs to be plugged into a standard 50 AMP RV receptacle to successfully charge up the batteries

It needs 50 AMPs in because the current electrical system is designed to use that not to just power the house, but also to charge the batteries (that require a specific, significant amperage rating).

The solar inverter is set to 20 AMP and can be set to 22-24 AMP
