12x24ft Tiny House Laurinburg, NC

This is a 12×24 ft tiny house. It still needs some tlc but the bulk of the construction is completed. It is build on code compliance that will be up to standards in most of NC with appropriate stud framing, sheathing, drywall, insulation, luxury vinyl floors, and residential wiring. It is also built with structural framing screws and not nails giving it greater wind and storm resistance. I intended it to be a guest house, but it is no longer needed for that purpose, so I am just trying to get back most of what I put in materials. I cannot haul something this large myself, but there are companies that ship houses and even sheds that could handle this little guy.
