Measuring at the very popular size of 10-ft x 30-ft, our newest ready-made tiny house shell is well on its way to becoming a new home! We plan to have it ready for pickup by mid to late June 2026. With its spacious interior and beautifully planned exterior, this shell will make a fantastic space for your tiny house design dreams!

For the exterior, we plan to have metal siding on the roof as well as on back and side walls with a section of cedar siding on the front.
