I designed and built my tiny house inspired by Dee Williams’ Sweet Pea. Custom 20’ trailer, subfloor in Redwood with wool insulation and Marvin wood windows new in 2013. 2 operable skylights, rare Navagator Herring stove in blue porcelain. Cork floor. Loft has a queen mattress but can fit a king. There is a pretty little sink with hot water and some electrical, but the RV fridge has never been installed and there is no kitchen sink or stove yet. I’m leaving the US and although I can store it I would prefer it be finished and loved in my absence. The exterior is clear heart cedar siding with a rain screen and even without insulation it’s been a comfortable guest cottage for the past few years. In November I had new tires installed and the bearings repacked as well as a repair to the emergency brake system and new battery installed.
