I built this tiny home last year with the help of my dad and a close friend, and it turned into such a meaningful project for us. We worked on it together over the course of about a year, mostly on weekends and holidays. While we completed much of the build ourselves, all of the plumbing and electrical work was done by licensed professionals.

It was a lot of hard work, but also a really fun and rewarding experience. Some of my favorite moments were at the end of the day, sitting on the roof and watching the sunset with a view overlooking Palmdale Lake. My original plan was to keep this home as a rental, but plans have changed and I’m no longer able to use it, so I’m hoping to pass it along to someone who will truly enjoy it.

This is a brand-new build, and you would be the first owner. The layout is open and bright, with a spacious loft and plenty of storage throughout. The home is currently vacant, and several appliances are already installed, making it move-in ready.
