The Haven: Tiny Home Living Opportunity in Port Townsend

Hello, prospective Tiny Home neighbors!

I’m thrilled to announce my plans to develop a home on my half-acre lot in Port Townsend, ideally located within walking or biking distance of Fort Worden, scenic parks, beaches, as well as both the uptown and downtown areas. As part of this vision, I intend to create two welcoming rental spaces specifically for tiny homeowners.

Features of the Tiny Home Spaces
· Packed gravel landings for each tiny home

· A shared common area to relax and connect around a gas firepit

· Simple pull-in access from the road

· All utilities included: water, sewage, electric, and garbage

· A fenced outdoor area for well-behaved pets

Additional Amenities
· An optional guest shed with two single beds for visitors available for reasonable fee

· Future plans for a dry sauna, perfect for rainy seasons

· An outdoor kitchen area with a picnic table

· Use of two-person inflatable kayak and a shared parking pass for Fort Worden park

· Space to create gardens and outside quiet havens
